OCS 2007 R2 - Communicator Web Access

In this chopstick, Ilse walks through some of the features offered by OCS 2007 R2 Communicator Web Access. Ilse shows how CWA looks using Mozilla Firefox versus Internet Explorer, and demonstrates the Remote Desktop Sharing Feature included with OCS 2007 R2.

OCS 2007 R2 - Custom Presence State

In this chopstick, Ilse shows you how you can assign up to four custom presence states to you Office Communicator 2007 R2 users, by creating an XML file, publishing it via a web site, and editing the client's registry.

OCS 2007 R2 - Dial-In Conferencing

In this chopstick, Ilse walks through the dial-in feature provided by OCS 2007 R2, a new audio option for conferences hosted on OCS 2007 R2, which enables users without access to a computer to join a conference by using a regular mobile, desk, or home phone. Ilse will configure the required settings, and demonstrate how it works through a demo.

OCS 2007 R2 - Deployment Validation Tool Answering Agent

In this chopstick Ilse will introduce you to Serita, by showing you how you need to install and use the Deployment Validation Tool Answering Agent in an OCS 2007 R2 environment. You will learn how this tool runs as a service on a dedicated computer, and how useful it can be to assist you to troubleshoot audio quality issues.

OCS 2007 R2 - Exchange 2007 Sp1 UM and OCS 2007 R2

In this chopstick, Ilse will walk you through the steps you need to follow to successfully configure your Exchange 2007 Sp1 UM environment to work together with your OCS 2007 R2 servers.

OCS 2007 R2 - Group Chat

In this chopstick, Ilse walks you through the features provided by OCS 2007 R2 Group Chat, and shows you both the Server configuration tool, the Group Chat Administration tool, and the Group Chat client.

In this chopstick, Ilse shows you this new integrated call management client application that enables a user to effectively manage many conversations at once though rapid call handling, instant messaging, and on-screen routing, called Office Communicator Attendant.

In this chopstick, Ilse has a look at Unified Messaging from a user's point of view. Features like voice mail, Outlook Voice Access, and so on are covered, all using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, Office Communicator, and a legacy phone.
