Mail not visible in outlook 2007, but ok in OWA

Hello,

If I open outlook 2007, and look at the inbox title (attached as extra mailbox), I can see that it's bold, and has the number 2 next to it. Which of course means there are 2 new emails :-)

But, if i click the inbox, I can't see them.

If I open the mailbox via OWA I'm able to see the emails.

I've already tried changing the view in outlook, but no result.

The strange thing is, that, if I open the mailbox directly under a profile specifically created for this mailbox, I can see the emails in Outlook 2007 too.

PS : we're using Exchange 2007

I found the cause of the problem.

The messages that were not visible were all messages which are marked as private.
To fix this you need to add the users as delegates, and then mark "Delegate can see my private items" in the options delegates.
