1, what is OCS Online services and what are versions available for that ?
2, what are prerequisits for OCS online services and how does work it ?
3, How can we Migrate and Upgrade the data , users , Server Roles from OCS 2005 to 2007 or 2007R2 to Communicator Server 2010 (14) ?
4, How to configure Offline Chatting for Users in OCS 2007 , 2007R2 and 2010 ?

trying to answer your questions
1. OCS Online is Communicator online hosted by Microsoft and part of the BPOS suite. It does not have functionality wise parity with OCS on Premise, only a limited feature set is available right now
2. More info on OCS Online http://www.microsoft.com/online/default.aspx You can de a trial for a month
3. At this time there is no migration path to OCS Online
4. Offline chat is not available in the product or future product (email is used for offline text messaging)
